Project Name: Development of Core Competencies and International Human Rights Coursework

Description: Development of a library of original course curriculum for the Commercial Service Institute. Project included the complete analysis of existing content and the development of appropriate learning objectives and course methodology. Analysis and Design components included the coordination of dozens of U.S. Department of Commerce stakeholders and implementation of logical processes to create viable course structure and functionality. The project required the complete creation of course curriculum, including testing procedures and management tracking protocols. Various modules including appropriate learning and testing elements including interactive multiple choice, case studies and scenario-based discussion forums.
The library consisted of course titles that included, Core Competencies, Employee Orientation, International Human Rights among others. Development included the design and implementation of video, audio and animation elements. Multi-media elements included video scenarios and role-playing exercises, animated narration, and Flash Graphics.
Project was successfully completed within budget and in accordance with approved schedule.
