Cindy Schmidtlein
Cindy Schmidtlein is director of the Content Enablers customer support group and brings over 25 years of production management experience to the firm. This group is tasked with managing client contracts for web-based compliance training, including liaison responsibilities between developers and clients for both development of courses and all aspects of client rollout of courses. She is responsible for adherence to milestones in accordance with client deliverables and manages editing and quality assurance, including testing of course content and course development.
